How to join mam?

I had two washrooms cleaned by Urban Club. After cleaning the washrooms, when I checked, the washroom cleaner had damaged two of my instruments, which he washed with water, one of which is a geyser and an exhaust fan. When I called Urban Club and talked to the customer care, they said that our electrician is coming and he will check what happened. The electrician checked and then he called Urban Club and told that water has entered in it due to which it has been damaged, I will not be able to repair it, you send the geyser and the fan guy, he then talked to me and said that we will fix it, it has been 3 to 4 days, till now no call or message has come and when I call, they disconnect the phone. When I asked their electrician, Bhaiya, can't you fix it, he said I will do it but it will cost 4 to 5000 rupees, I said you can take this much from the company, he said no, the company will not give it, if you pay, I will do it, I refused and he went away. Till now I have made so many calls and messages but no one is replying from the customer care and they say that we will call you back in 2 hours. It has been three to four days and I have not received any call.

I used to clean 2 bathrooms in my house from the urban club. I have got the bathroom cleaned by them earlier also but such problems had never occurred before but this time their staff was in such a hurry. While cleaning he spoilt both my exhaust fan and geyser. I called the urban club and sent my electrician, he checked and told me that water had entered in it due to which both of them got spoilt. You should call customer care and call another staff for the geyser and exhaust fan, he made me pay but would take Rs. 4000, I said I will pay you the company, he refused and went away. It has been 4 days today that no one has his There was no reply and when I called, he cut it. ????

He is a Gentleman but one mistake ruined his career 😢
